Tyler-Justin Anthony Sharpe was born
August 26 in 2002. He is also known as Lil Tecca. His 2019 single
"Ransom" was his breakthrough single. The song peaked at number 4 in
the Billboard Hot 100. The song was part of the mixtape he released in his
debut "We Love You Tecca" (2019), which reached the top spot on the
US Billboard 200. The mixtape also contained the singles "Love Me",
"Did It Again" and "Did It Again". The debut album of his
studio, Virgo World (2020), debuted at #10 on the Billboard 200 and included
the Billboard Hot 100 charting songs "Dolly" and "When You
Down". The second mixtape "We Love You Tecca 2", came out in
August 2021. It featured "Repeat It" and "Lot of Me".
Tyler-Justin Anthony sharpe was the child of Jamaican immigrants. He was born
August 26, 2002, in Queens, New York City. Sharpe was born in Queens'
Springfield Gardens, after which he moved to Cedarhurst on Long Island. Sharpe
has always dreamed of being able to make it into the NBA as a youngster
However, at the age of 12 Sharpe decided to pursue his profession in music.
Sharpe completed his studies at Lawrence High School. Tecca was nine years of
age when he began to rap on his Xbox. They would record diss tracks directed at
one another One of them was uploaded to SoundCloud many years ago. However, it
was later removed. At first, he didn't have plans to pursue a musical career,
but he dreamed of becoming an NBA star. However, as he entered his middle
school years, he resigned himself to basketball and began to consider taking the
music seriously. His first single, "Tectri", which became popular in
early 2017 was produced with the help of Lil Gummybear. The other tracks that
he had in the beginning include "Callin". Tecca's career took off a
year later when he released the smash single "Ransom" that was posted
to Cole Bennett's Lyrical Lemonade YouTube channel in May 22 2019. The song
reached number 4 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. It has received over 990 million
Spotify plays and over 300,000,000 YouTube views.
